Daniel has dedicated 24 years to managing laboratories in both public and private educational institutions. His current focus involves culturing patient-derived organoid cancer models and extracting high molecular weight genomic DNA from cells and tissues for use in long-read sequencing. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys live music, disc golf, barbecuing, and gardening.
